Amulet Consortium, led by Angel Henry, helps organizations build inclusive, psychologically safe workplaces. Lead at Any Level® has been Amulet’s trusted assessment and leadership development partner. Together, the two firms deliver data-driven insights, high-impact workshops, and personalized coaching for youth-serving nonprofits, grant-funded programs, and professional associations across Indiana.

The Partnership

What began as a single collaboration has evolved into a model of partnership, friendship, and mutual advocacy. Amy and Angel share clients, refer work, and co-deliver engagements ranging from one-hour keynotes to multi-year organizational culture initiatives. Their collaboration is grounded in complementary expertise—Angel’s deep Agile (iterative improvement) expertise and intercultural competence pair seamlessly with Amy’s data-informed approach to inclusive leadership development.

Scope of Work

So far, Lead at Any Level® provided more than a dozen subcontracted engagements for Amulet Consortium clients, including:

  • IDI® Assessments and Debriefs: Administered and interpreted over 150 assessments for teams and individuals, followed by group and 1:1 debriefs.

  • Spectra Diversity Inclusion Assessments (SDIA): Delivered organizational analyses and facilitated executive debriefs for several youth-serving nonprofits.

  • Leadership Workshops: Delivered sessions such as Moving from Panic to Purpose and Growing Together: Teamwork Across Generations, empowering professionals to lead through change and foster collaboration.

  • Program Support: Co-led initiatives funded by the Indiana Youth Institute’s Youth Worker Wellbeing Grant Program and a national Leadership Institute for college athletics administrators.


Our Results

Together, Lead at Any Level® and Amulet Consortium have served more than 20 organizations, impacting hundreds of professionals within Indiana and across the United States. Their clients report increased cultural awareness, stronger team cohesion, and improved communication. Repeat engagements, referrals, and grant renewals demonstrate the sustained value of their partnership.

The collaboration continues to grow in both reach and depth. Beyond client delivery, Amy and Angel meet regularly to mastermind business growth, advocate for one another in the marketplace, and model the inclusive leadership principles they teach.
