Client Background
Project Scope
Over the course of the engagement, Amy C. Waninger worked with staff and supervisors at every level. The project began with an organization-wide culture assessment and a targeted assessment of supervisors’ leadership skills. From these baselines, Amy provided a mix of group debriefs, one-on-one coaching, and live workshops designed to help staff recognize growth opportunities and practice healthier communication.
Three live training programs brought concepts to life:
Cultivating Curiosity in the Workplace encouraged supervisors to explore sensitive topics without defensiveness.
Moving from Panic to Purpose helped staff build resilience and navigate ongoing changes with confidence.
Between You & Me: Interpersonal Skills for a Healthy Workplace gave participants practical tools to strengthen daily interactions and handle tough conversations with empathy and respect.
Results
- 100% of participants in every session reported the programs were valuable.
- Staff consistently rated sessions above 93% for being engaging, relevant, interactive, and actionable.
- Participants reported learning practical tools they could apply immediately in their work and life, such as pausing before reacting, checking in humbly with colleagues, and recognizing that “every interaction matters.”
- Supervisors received personalized growth plans and strategies to foster healthier team dynamics.
