The Challenge

As one of the fastest-growing firms in its industry, this publicly traded software company hired hundreds of new employees each year—many of whom found the company’s “startup” culture confusing and inconsistent. Following a sensitive internal incident that revealed a disconnect between company values and employee experience, the executive team recognized the need for a strategic culture reset.

Our Approach

In partnership with Good Enough Now, we were brought in to surface root causes, rebuild trust, and provide strategic direction. Over the course of our engagement, we:

      • Conducted 100+ interviews across teams, countries, and levels
      • Facilitated town halls and group coaching sessions with stakeholders and employee resource groups
      • Audited internal documents and public reports for bias, omissions, and inconsistency
      • Delivered a comprehensive 63-page report detailing key findings and recommendations
      • Provided an executive summary outlining five strategic categories of improvement

Our Results

Our findings and recommendations now serve as a three- to five-year roadmap for leadership, HR, and cross-functional teams. The client has used our report to prioritize internal initiatives, onboard new executives, and shift the culture toward a more intentional and scalable future.
