Cleveland ATD: A Closer Look
The Cleveland ATD Chapter Meeting (Virtual, November 2025) attracted an audience of trainers, instructional designers, and L&D professionals. The chapter’s only instruction for Amy was: “Do your thing.” Committee members responded enthusiastically to the program description and title during the kickoff phase.

In the post-event debrief, Cleveland’s chapter president confirmed that the session delivered universal value:
“People were able to take away what they needed. Everybody got something.” “You are proactive and organized.” On working with Amy: "You’re going to have a very positive experience. You’re working with a professional.” The chapter gave the session a 10/10 overall rating.
Cleveland leaders also offered to recommend Amy to the National ATD Conference and other ATD chapters nationwide, emphasizing the impact and professionalism of the collaboration.
Testimonial from Cleveland
Brad Withers, Cleveland ATD board member, provided a publicly usable testimonial and a LinkedIn recommendation:
“Amy is the trifecta! First, she is organized and dots the ‘I’s and crosses the ‘T’s. You are working with the consummate professional. Then you are getting a seasoned presenter who knows her material backwards and forwards. Finally, Amy has the ability to connect and work with your audience.”— Bradford Withers, Cleveland ATD
This testimonial reinforces how ATD chapters perceive Lead at Any Level®: structured, reliable, deeply knowledgeable, and exceptionally relatable.
